Enough Is Enough: My Life as Evidence

For too long, I have been silent. For too long, I have been told that no one would believe me, that the systems designed to protect us would never be held accountable, and that my suffering was simply the price of speaking truth to power.

I refuse that lie.

My name is Alan Evans Phelan. This is my open testimony—not a blog, not a memoir for sympathy, but a book of evidence. Every page, every date, every photograph, every official complaint, and every scar will be documented here for the world to see. This is my legacy to my children, and my warning to those who have spent years trying to destroy me.

The Pattern of State-Sponsored Crime

What has been done to me is not random misfortune. It is a coordinated, sustained campaign of state-sponsored third-party gang-stalking, cybercrime stalking, physical assaults, and deliberate economic strangulation. My intellectual property has been stolen. My businesses have been sabotaged. My ability to earn, to rest, to feel safe in my own home has been systematically attacked.

I have survived murder attempts—some disguised as accidents, some brazen enough to leave me in fear for my life. I have been subjected to deliberate economic oppression and deprivation, with intent to break me. And when I cried out for help, every office of authority responded with dereliction of duty. Not failure—deliberate refusal to act.

The Entrapment Machine

Let me be explicit about the mechanism: State-sponsored authority figures have used third-party fenced criminals—people already in their hidden information networks—to facilitate entrapment crimes. These criminals were handled as off-book assets. When caught red-handed, the crimes were watered down to “coercion” or “minor offenses.” But we now know the truth: multiple members of An Garda Síochána have been arrested for organized crime membership. They are awaiting trial as I write this. They are not rogue individuals. They are the system.

Child Abuse, Cover-Ups, and the Kidnapping of My Children

The deepest wound is what they did to my children—and what they used my children to hide.

I was a whistleblower on child abuse. In response, criminals who needed to cover up their own crimes against children filed malicious, nefarious complaints to Child Protection Services against me. My name was weaponized. My character was blacklisted before any investigation could take place.

And then they took my Daughter Chloe and my Son Valo. That is not a figure of speech. They were kidnapped—physically removed, hidden, and used as leverage to silence me. The same state apparatus that should have protected them became the kidnapper’s shield.

Enough Is Enough

This abuse continues today. As you read this, there are people—paid, directed, or coerced—who are still trying to break me. But they have made one fatal miscalculation.

I am no longer asking for justice.

I am building it.

Every event, no matter how small, will now be logged here. Every date, every name, every Garda station, every social worker who looked away, every judge who refused to hear, every criminal who wore a badge. This website is my open case file. It is my life story. And it is the document I will leave to my children so that one day they will know: their father fought back with the only weapon the powerful cannot steal—the truth.

A Promise to My Family

To my Daughter and my Son: I will never stop. Every word I write here is a brick in the wall that will one day protect you. You were taken from me, but you have never been forgotten. This testimony is my proof that you matter. That your safety matters. That the crimes done to us will not vanish into a forgotten file.

To every other victim of gang-stalking, corrupt state actors, and child protection fraud: You are not crazy. You are not alone. Watch this space. I will name names. I will show evidence. And together, we will make “enough is enough” more than a slogan—it will be a verdict.
